As part of my psychotherapeutic services as well as coaching and supervision, I process the following data:

  • Basic data (e.g. name, contact details)
  • Health data (e.g. anamnesis, therapy documentation), insofar as such data is processed within the scope of psychotherapeutic treatment
  • Appointment and communication data

This data is processed exclusively for the purpose of providing and organizing psychotherapeutic treatment, coaching and supervision services, and fulfilling legal obligations.

3. Legal Basis

The processing is based on:

  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the contractual relationship)
  • Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR (processing of health data within the scope of psychotherapeutic treatment, where applicable)

4. Data Sharing

Your data will only be shared if required by law, necessary for legal obligations, or based on your explicit consent.

Possible recipients include:

  • Authorities and courts
  • Tax advisors
  • Persons or institutions designated by you

Data is only transferred within Austria or the EEA.

5. Data Retention

Your data is stored for the duration of treatment and in accordance with legal retention periods.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure (where legally permitted), restriction of processing, data portability, and objection.

7. Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

8. Provision of Data

Providing your data is voluntary. However, without this data, therapy may not be possible or may be limited.
